Yes, logging into your websites and applications is now much easier than it ever was! Well, RoboForm makes the process effortless by first automatically saving and later entering your usernames and passwords. Below are steps to download and install this software, followed by a brief introduction of some of its important properties.

A. Open ‘Mozilla Firefox’.

B. Type “www.bestpasswordmanager.com” in the url bar.

C. Click on “Download Roboform free” button as shown to start the download.

D. Next, click on the ‘Save File’ button when this window opens.

E. Wait for the download to complete.

F. Right-click on the downloaded exe file and then left-click on ‘Open’ to start the installation.

G. Grant permission to install by clicking the “Yes or Run” button and the installation process will begin.

H. Click “Next” to proceed with installation process.

I. Select the browsers into which you want to install RoboFrom by clicking “checkboxes” on left and then hit “Install” button.

J. Close the browsers if open, and then hit “Install” button as shown.

K. Robofrom gets installed automatically into your browser and it looks like this.

In Mozilla Firefox it might show somewhere on the top panel. It depends on your browser.
L. To set a master password just click “RoboForm” and then “Options”.

A master password can be set in case you don’t want anyone else to use this as it stores your passwords and other sensitive data.
M. Click “Security” followed by “Set Master password” button to set the password.

N. Set an identity to begin by clicking “Roboform” then “Identities” followed by “New”.

O. Fill in the identiy name in the “Name” field and click “Ok”.

P. Fill in your credentials after making an identity.

All this information in the above box is what RoboForm will fill out automatically for you at the click of a button on certain sites.
Q. Now go to your browser, open say “www.facebook.com” and once you hit “login” it will ask to “save” your info. Click “Save”

Which ever site you log into, it will show its name in the New field.
R. “Logins” simply show different logins which you do on different sites and by just a click it automatically logs you into that website.

The number of times you login into a webite, the number of times “Logins” saves that.
S. Instead of logging in automatically, you can just automatically fill form by clicking the “Facebook” button, followed by “Fill Forms” and then click “Log In”.

T. It also enables automatically filling of forms.

By clicking on the identity say ‘Aakash’ in above fig. , followed by a click on fill forms, It fills all the information on the page. To remind you this information is what you filled in while making a new identity in steps L to N.
U. Roboform generates strong and random passwords for different website logins.

By clicking ‘Generate’ button roboform generates random strong password as shown, and by cliking ‘Fill’ button it fills in the password in the ‘Password’ field.
V. Thats it, we are done!!! So Roboform automatically logs you in, fill forms and randomly generates strong passwords for different websites.
