See, I had been a victim of windows errors, blue screens of death, and painfully slow loading applications for a long time… probably like yourself, and the only thing I knew to do to fix them was to re-format my hard drive and re-install windows again from scratch.

If you have ever done this you know that it can take you over 2 hours to sit there waiting for windows to install, then customize the setup, then find all your driver disks and install all the drivers for your hardware… and that’s all before you even start re-installing your applications. But one day I was talking to my friend about it, and he told me that my problems are most likely just windows registry issues and I can clean them up and fix my computer in 10 minutes using a third party software. I said to him "No Way!
